Marlise van Huyssteen

My passions are my faith , my family and fitness. I am a qualified fitness professional and nutritionist. I have spent the last 25 years of my life involved in sport and fitness at various levels. I have competed in competitive swimming and duathlon on national level and enjoyed the thrill of competition. At Pure we are all about balance, we work hard and push our limits , but we also have loads of fun. I have trained in lots of different training environments, functional fitness, crossfit, kettlebells and warrior racing. It is in rebounding where I found the right balance between a good cardio workout , fat loss , core muscle training and strength. I would love to meet you and assist you on your fitness journey
